Custom Apparel Manufacturing for Growing Brands
We work with apparel brands on activewear, yoga wear, hoodies and jackets, supporting product development from pattern making and sampling through to bulk production.
OUR STORY
Apparel Manufacturing Built Around the Details
For 17 years, our team in Dongguan has focused on one thing: making garments properly. What started as a small production team has grown into a 3,400 m² facility with six production lines and an experienced workforce covering pattern development, sampling and garment production. We work mainly with activewear, yoga wear, hoodies and outerwear. Rather than trying to manufacture every type of clothing, we continue to build our experience around the products, construction methods and sewing techniques we know well. From fabric handling and pattern accuracy to stitching and finishing, attention to detail remains part of how we work every day.

HOW WE WORK
What Guides Our Work
We believe good manufacturing starts with clear standards, careful execution and communication that stays consistent from the first sample to bulk production.
FROM SAMPLE TO BULK
The Approved Sample Sets the Standard
Once a sample is approved, it becomes the reference for bulk production. We carry the confirmed measurements, fabric, construction, trims and finishing requirements into production so the final order stays aligned with what the brand approved.Key stages are checked against these requirements during production. If a material, construction detail or process needs to change, we discuss it before moving forward rather than making assumptions on the production floor. This helps reduce avoidable variation between sampling and bulk production, especially where fit, stretch, stitching or technical finishing matters.
OUR FACTORY
3400 m² Apparel Production Facility
Our Dongguan facility brings the key stages of garment production into one coordinated workflow. Pattern development, cutting, sewing, finishing and inspection are managed closely by our production team, making it easier to keep specifications consistent throughout an order.
Each stage follows the specifications confirmed before bulk production.
Production methods selected according to garment construction and performance requirements.
Quality checks are built into production rather than left until the final stage.
A practical production structure for sampling, small runs and repeat bulk orders.
CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT
A Clearer Path from Product Idea to Production
Every project starts with the product itself. Send us your tech pack, sketch, reference sample or product images, and we’ll review the construction, materials, sizing, quantity and target timeline before sampling begins.
Once the requirements are clear, our pattern and sampling team works through fit, construction and finishing details. If a material, technique or design detail may affect cost, production feasibility or lead time, we discuss it with you before moving forward.
We believe good manufacturing depends on clear communication as much as technical execution. Our goal is to make product development easier to follow, easier to repeat and more reliable as your collection grows.
OUR DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
OUR TEAM
The People Behind Every Order
INTEGRATED MANUFACTURING
More of the Production Process, Managed Under One Team
From fabric sourcing and garment production to printing, embroidery, finishing and packaging, we coordinate the key stages of each order through one production system. This gives our team closer control over quality, communication and production timing, while reducing the need for brands to manage multiple suppliers.
Fabric & Material Sourcing
We work with established fabric suppliers to source materials according to performance, hand feel, weight, composition and target price. Certified or lower-impact material options can also be sourced when required by the brand.
Printing & Decoration
Decoration methods are selected according to the artwork, fabric, order quantity and desired finish. Our team reviews the design before production and recommends a suitable process rather than applying the same method to every garment.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE
AUSTRALIA · EMERGING ACTIVEWEAR BRAND
From an Early Product Idea to a Production-Ready Collection
CHALLENGE
An Australian founder came to us with a clear idea for an activewear collection, but many of the production details were still open. Fabric, fit, construction and branding all needed to be worked through, while committing to a large first order would have created unnecessary inventory risk.
HOW WE HELPED
We started with the references and product ideas already available, then worked through fabric options, fit, construction and branding during sampling. Once the key details were approved, the styles were prepared for a smaller first production run, giving the brand a more practical way to test the market before increasing volume.

UNITED STATES · GROWING APPAREL BRAND
Keeping Production Consistent as Orders Increased
CHALLENGE
A growing U.S. apparel business was introducing more styles and placing repeat orders more frequently. As order volume increased, small differences in fit, stitching, finishing and product details became harder to manage across different production runs.
HOW WE HELPED
We used approved samples and confirmed specifications as the reference for repeat production, while keeping fabric, construction, branding and any approved changes aligned as new styles were added. This created a clearer production standard and reduced the need to rebuild the same product information with every reorder.
OUTCOME
Good manufacturing is not only about making garments correctly. For our long-term customers, the real value is having a production partner who makes each order easier to manage, more consistent and more predictable over time.
