GARMENT PACKAGING
Packaging That Protects the Product and Presents the Brand
Packaging is the final step before a garment leaves the factory. We coordinate folding, individual packing, size identification, branded packaging and carton preparation according to the requirements of each order.
From simple protective bags to custom branded packaging, the goal is to make sure the product arrives organized, protected and ready for the next stage of your business.
Discuss Your Packaging →BEFORE PACKING
Packing Starts After the Garment Is Ready
Packaging should not hide unfinished work. Before garments move into the packing stage, visible workmanship, loose threads, stains, labels and key product details are checked according to the order requirements.
Garments are then cleaned up, folded and prepared for individual packing.
This helps keep the packing stage organized and reduces the chance of visible finishing issues being discovered only after the order has already shipped.
See Our Quality Process →Final Appearance Check
Finished garments are reviewed for visible workmanship, stains, loose threads and overall presentation before packing.
Label & Size Check
Size identification and required garment labels are checked before the item is placed into its individual package.
Clean Folding
Garments are folded according to the product and packaging requirements so they remain organized during packing and shipment.
INDIVIDUAL PACKAGING
Simple Packaging Should Still Be Done Properly
For most apparel orders, each finished garment is individually packed to protect it from dust, handling and moisture during storage and transportation.
Packaging specifications can be adjusted according to the product and brand requirements, including bag size, closure type, warning information, size identification and selected custom printing.
Discuss Packaging Options →Individual Polybags
Standard individual bags can be prepared according to garment size and folding requirements for efficient storage and shipping.
Zipper Bags
Reusable zipper-style garment bags provide a cleaner presentation and can be developed with custom branding for selected orders.
Size Identification
Size stickers or other identification methods can be applied according to the packing specification so different sizes remain easy to recognize during fulfillment.
BRANDED PACKAGING
Packaging Can Continue the Brand Experience
For brands selling directly to customers, packaging may be the first physical detail seen before the garment itself.
Where required, standard protective packaging can be upgraded with custom logos, printed information or selected branded packaging formats. The packaging should support the product without becoming unnecessarily complicated or expensive.
Custom Logo Bags
Logos and selected brand information can be added to suitable garment bags according to the packaging specification and production quantity.
Custom Zipper Packaging
Branded zipper bags can provide a more finished presentation for activewear, casual apparel and other products sold directly to consumers.
Custom Mailer Options
Where required, branded shipping or mailer packaging can be discussed according to size, material and order quantity.
CARTON PREPARATION
From Individual Garments to Shipping Cartons
Once individual garments are packed, the order needs to remain clearly organized through carton packing and shipment.
Quantities, size assortments and carton information can be prepared according to the confirmed packing requirements so the order is easier to receive, count and distribute at destination.
Quantity by Carton
Garments can be packed according to confirmed carton quantities based on the product, order structure and shipping requirements.
Size & Color Assortment
Different sizes and colors can be organized according to the agreed packing breakdown to support easier receiving and inventory handling.
Carton Marks
Required carton information and shipping marks can be prepared according to the buyer's packing instructions.
Export Packing
Outer packing is prepared with transportation and handling in mind before the order leaves the factory.
RESPONSIBLE PACKAGING OPTIONS
Use More Packaging Only When the Product Needs It
Packaging needs to protect the garment, but more packaging does not automatically mean better packaging.
Where a project has specific material or sustainability requirements, alternative packaging materials can be discussed with suppliers according to availability, order quantity and the needs of the product.
