CUSTOM YOGA & ACTIVEWEAR

Custom Yoga Wear Built for Fit, Movement and Performance

We develop and manufacture leggings, sports bras, yoga tops, shorts and matching activewear sets for apparel brands. From fabric selection and fit development to technical construction and bulk production, each style is built around the way it is intended to look, feel and move.

01

Fit Comes First in Yoga & Activewear

Yoga wear sits close to the body, so small differences in rise, waistband shape, compression and seam placement can noticeably change how the garment looks and feels.

During sampling, we review key measurements, body fit, coverage and garment balance before the style moves into bulk production. Leggings, sports bras and fitted tops are developed around the intended level of support and movement rather than relying on one standard fit for every product.

The goal is to create a garment that remains comfortable and visually balanced both at rest and in motion.

Fit Development

Waist, rise, hip, inseam and overall garment proportions are reviewed during sampling so the pattern can be adjusted around the intended silhouette before bulk production.

Support & Compression

Different products require different levels of support. Fabric tension, panel structure and fit are considered together, from softer yoga styles to more supportive training pieces.

Coverage in Movement

Fit and fabric behavior are reviewed around stretching, bending and training movements to help maintain comfort, coverage and garment stability.

02

Stretch Is Only Part of the Fabric Story

High stretch does not automatically make a fabric suitable for yoga or activewear. Recovery, opacity, compression, weight, hand feel and moisture performance all influence how the finished garment behaves during wear.

We work with nylon-spandex, polyester-spandex and other performance fabrics in different weights, finishes and stretch levels. Fabric options are reviewed according to the intended product — whether the brand wants a soft second-skin yoga feel, stronger compression or lighter performance for training.

The fabric and pattern are considered together, because changing one can affect the fit and performance of the other.

Stretch & Recovery

Performance fabrics should stretch comfortably with movement while recovering their shape after wear. Recovery is especially important for leggings, waistbands and other close-fitting areas.

Opacity & Coverage

Fabric weight, knit structure and stretch behavior are considered together to help maintain appropriate coverage when the garment is stretched during squatting, bending and training.

Compression & Hand Feel

Different yarns, structures and fabric weights can create very different wearing experiences, ranging from a soft, smooth yoga feel to firmer compression for higher-intensity activewear.

ADVANCED ACTIVEWEAR CONSTRUCTION 03

In-House Equipment for Cleaner, More Technical Construction

Premium activewear often requires more than conventional sewing. Cleaner edges, bonded details and technical panel construction depend on both specialized equipment and experienced operators.

Our factory is equipped with in-house laser cutting machines and hot & cold bonding presses, alongside specialized flatseam sewing equipment for stretch garments. This allows selected technical processes to remain within our own production workflow instead of depending entirely on outside processing.

Keeping these capabilities in-house gives us closer control over cutting accuracy, bonding quality and construction consistency from sampling through bulk production.

Laser Cutting

Laser cutting allows selected activewear components to be cut with greater precision and cleaner edges than conventional cutting methods. It is especially useful for technical panels, bonded openings and detailed shapes where cutting accuracy affects the following construction process.

Hot & Cold Bonding

Our in-house hot and cold bonding equipment supports selected hems, edges, panels and seamless-style details. These processes can create a flatter, cleaner appearance while reducing unnecessary seam bulk in areas where comfort and visual simplicity matter.

4-Needle 6-Thread Flatseam

4-needle 6-thread flatseam construction creates a flatter, stretch-friendly seam commonly used in performance apparel. It helps reduce bulky seam allowances against the body while allowing the garment to move naturally with high-stretch fabrics.
