CUT & SEW MANUFACTURING

From Pattern to Finished Garment

Our cut and sew manufacturing covers the essential steps that turn fabric and an approved design into a finished garment. From pattern preparation and cutting to sewing, finishing and inspection, each stage is coordinated around the construction requirements of the product.

We work across activewear, sportswear, hoodies, outerwear, T-shirts, pants and selected fashion apparel, with production methods adapted to different fabrics and garment structures.

1. Good Cutting Starts With an Accurate Pattern

Before fabric reaches the cutting table, the pattern needs to reflect the approved measurements, fit and construction of the garment.

Our in-house pattern team works from tech packs, approved samples, reference garments or confirmed development specifications. Pattern pieces are checked with the intended fabric and sewing construction in mind so that the information used for cutting is clear before production begins.

Accurate pattern preparation helps reduce avoidable problems later in sewing, assembly and garment measurement.

Pattern Preparation

Patterns developed around approved measurements and construction.

Size & Proportion

Key garment proportions checked before cutting.

Construction Planning

Pattern pieces prepared with seams, panels and assembly in mind.

2. Accurate Cutting Sets Up Everything That Follows

Cutting is not simply about separating fabric into pieces. Fabric direction, stretch, grain, surface characteristics and pattern placement can all affect how the garment comes together later.

Our team prepares and cuts components according to the material and construction requirements of each style. Different fabrics are handled differently, from stable cotton and fleece to stretch performance fabrics and technical woven materials.

For selected activewear and technical applications, our in-house laser cutting equipment also allows us to produce more precise shapes and cleaner edges where the construction requires it.

3. The Sewing Method Should Match the Garment

There is no single sewing method that works equally well for every garment. Fabric stretch, thickness, seam position and intended use all influence how a product should be assembled.

Our sewing team works with different machine types and construction methods according to the garment. Activewear may require stretch-friendly flatseam construction, heavyweight hoodies need stronger handling of thicker fabrics, while technical outerwear can involve bonding and seam-sealing processes alongside conventional sewing.

The objective is not simply to join two pieces of fabric, but to choose a construction method that suits how the finished garment needs to look, move and perform.

4. Many Operations. One Finished Standard.

A finished garment passes through many individual operations before it reaches packing. Cutting, sewing, assembly, pressing, finishing and inspection need to work toward the same approved product rather than operate as separate tasks.

Production supervisors coordinate the handover between key stages, while workmanship and product details are reviewed during production. If a construction detail needs attention, it can be addressed before the same issue continues through a larger part of the order.

This connected workflow helps us carry the approved product requirements from individual components through to the finished garment.
