FIT & SILHOUETTE
01
A Good Hoodie Starts With the Right Proportions
A hoodie may look simple, but small changes in shoulder width, body length, sleeve shape, hood depth and rib dimensions can completely change the finished silhouette.
During sampling, we develop these proportions together rather than adjusting each measurement in isolation. Whether the target is a regular fit, relaxed silhouette, oversized streetwear shape or cropped style, the pattern is refined around the intended look before bulk production begins.
Develop Your Hoodie →Shoulder & Body Shape
Shoulder width, chest volume and body length work together to define the overall silhouette. These proportions can be adjusted to create anything from a cleaner regular fit to a wider, more structured oversized shape.
Hood & Sleeve Proportion
Hood depth, neckline construction, sleeve width and cuff position affect both appearance and wearing comfort. These areas are developed together so the upper body remains visually balanced.
Rib & Hem Balance
Cuffs and waistband rib influence how the garment holds its shape. Rib width, elasticity and recovery are selected according to the fabric weight and intended fit rather than treated as a standard component.
FABRIC & WEIGHT
02
Fabric Weight Changes the Entire Hoodie
A lightweight French terry sweatshirt and a heavyweight fleece hoodie can share a similar pattern but feel like completely different products.
Fabric weight, cotton content, knit structure, surface finish and inner construction all influence drape, warmth, structure and hand feel. We work with different cotton and blended fabrics to match the intended product, from softer everyday sweatshirts to structured heavyweight streetwear hoodies.
The fabric and pattern are reviewed together because heavier or softer materials can change the way the same silhouette falls on the body.

French Terry
Loop-back French terry offers a lighter and more breathable construction, making it suitable for transitional seasons, everyday sweatshirts and products where a less bulky hand feel is preferred.
Brushed Fleece
A brushed inner surface adds softness, warmth and a fuller feel. Fabric weight and brushing can be selected according to the intended season, comfort level and finished appearance.
Heavyweight Fabrics
Higher-GSM fabrics create more structure and visual weight, making them especially suitable for oversized and premium streetwear silhouettes where the garment needs to hold its shape.
WASHING & FINISHING
03
Finishing Is What Gives a Hoodie Its Character
The base garment is only part of the final product. Washing, printing, embroidery, distressing, trims and small construction details can completely change how a hoodie looks and feels.
We can coordinate garment washing, printing, embroidery and selected distressed finishes alongside garment production, helping the fabric, artwork and construction work together as one product rather than as separate processes.
From a clean premium hoodie to a washed vintage style, finishing decisions are considered during development so the final effect works with the fabric and garment structure.
GARMENT FINISHING CAPABILITIES
Garment Washing · Printing · Embroidery · Distressing · Custom Trims
Garment Wash & Distressing
Garment washing, fading and selected distressed treatments can create softer hand feel, aged color and more character. Effects are developed around the fabric and construction so the finished appearance remains intentional rather than random.
Printing & Embroidery
Screen printing, digital printing, embroidery and other decoration methods can be selected according to the artwork, fabric weight and intended finish. Placement and scale are reviewed together with the garment before production.
Rib, Trims & Construction Details
Rib quality, drawcords, zippers, labels, pocket construction and stitching details all influence the finished level of the garment. These components are selected and developed to work with the main fabric and overall design.
