ABOUT SUMOSS APPAREL

For 17 years, SUMOSS Apparel has focused on garment development and manufacturing in Dongguan, China. We work with apparel brands on activewear, yoga wear, sportswear, hoodies and outerwear, supporting products from pattern development and sampling through to bulk production.Today, our 80-person team brings together pattern makers, sample makers, sewing operators, production supervisors and quality staff. Around 90% of our production team are long-standing, experienced employees — giving us a stable foundation for consistent workmanship and day-to-day production control. Our customers come from markets including the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Brazil and Japan. Working with brands at different stages has taught us that good manufacturing is not only about making a garment correctly, but also about clear communication, dependable execution and improving the way each new order is handled. We continue to invest in the people, processes and technical capabilities behind every garment, with the goal of building production partnerships that can last beyond a single order.

17 Years in Apparel Manufacturing

Our experience has been built on the production floor — through years of pattern making, sampling, sewing, finishing and solving the practical challenges that come with garment manufacturing.Over time, we have expanded our capabilities while keeping the same production-focused approach. Rather than trying to become the largest factory, we have built a team size that allows experienced supervisors to stay close to production, communication to remain direct and quality standards to be followed consistently.

How Our Story Began

Our story began with manufacturing itself. Long before building an international-facing business, our attention was on the fundamentals of garment making — accurate patterns, proper sewing methods, careful finishing and getting production details right. As our team and capabilities developed, we began working with more brands and broader product categories. What has remained unchanged is our belief that reliable manufacturing comes from experienced people, clear standards and responsibility at every stage of production.Today, we bring that experience to international apparel brands looking for a manufacturing partner that can support both product development and long-term production.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help apparel brands turn good product ideas into garments that can be produced consistently, responsibly and with confidence. We aim to make manufacturing clearer and more dependable by combining experienced people, disciplined production standards and direct communication throughout each project. As our customers grow, we want our manufacturing support to grow with them — not only for one order, but across future collections and long-term production.

Our Values

• Quality Without Shortcuts
• Responsibility in Every Order
• Respect for People
• Clear and Honest Communication
• Continuous Improvement

Our Vision

Our vision is to build a modern apparel manufacturing business where skilled people, responsible production and continuous improvement work together.

We want to grow without losing the attention to detail that shaped our factory from the beginning. As our capabilities expand, we will continue investing in better production methods, employee development and more responsible material and manufacturing options.

Our goal is not simply to produce more garments, but to become a manufacturing partner that brands can rely on as their products, standards and businesses evolve.

Close to the Production Floor

We have deliberately kept our management close to production. Decisions are not passed through layers of people before reaching the factory floor, and production issues do not need to travel far before someone takes responsibility. Our supervisors work alongside experienced operators, pattern makers and quality staff, so questions about fit, construction or workmanship can be discussed where the garments are actually being made. This structure helps us stay responsive without losing control as orders grow — a way of working we believe is especially important for brands that develop new products regularly.
