We originally reached out to SUMOSS because we were looking for a manufacturer that could help us improve an existing style rather than simply reproduce it. We had already made the product with another supplier, but there were still issues with the fit, fabric weight and a few construction details.

During development, the SUMOSS team went through the sample with us and suggested several adjustments before making the next version. Some of the changes were small, but they made a noticeable difference once we tried the garment on.

What mattered most to us was what happened after the sample was approved. The bulk production stayed very close to the final sample in terms of measurements, stitching and overall appearance. Communication was also consistent throughout production, so we always knew where the project stood.

Since then, we have felt comfortable sending them new styles because we know the development process will be handled carefully before production begins.
