Product Review & Feasibility
We start with the information you already have — a tech pack, sketch, reference garment or product images. Our team reviews the construction, fabric requirements, sizing, quantity and customization details, then identifies anything that still needs to be clarified.

Materials, Costing & Development Plan
Once the product direction is clear, we review suitable fabrics and trims, confirm customization requirements and prepare the sampling cost together with a reference price for bulk production. Any technical concerns or alternative options are discussed before sampling starts.

Sampling, Fitting & Approval
Our pattern and sampling team develops the garment according to the confirmed requirements. Fit, measurements, construction, workmanship and finishing are reviewed with you, and revisions are made where necessary before the sample is approved.

Production, Inspection & Delivery
After the sample and specifications are approved, the project is handed over to bulk production. Confirmed requirements are carried into the production process, key workmanship is checked during manufacturing, and finished garments are inspected before packing and shipment.
